Shipping and return policies for Technoflesh

All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.
All packages are shipped via regular post from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If you’d like your order to be shipped with registered post for an additional charge, please send an email via the contact form.
Technoflesh is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have not been shipped via registered post.
- Return Policy
In case of an exchange please get in touch via email/contact form.
Items can be returned and/or exchange depending on availability. We will not cover shipping cost for returns and only ship the new items AFTER the returned items have been received.
Damaged or defective goods will either be replaced or refunded.
You must notify us of the problem via email/the contact form to arrange the necessary steps. The replacement products will be sent according to availability and AFTER receiving the returned items.
In case of a wrong shipping address wrong without notification before the order is sent, no refund can be offered.
